Terms and Conditions (Victoria)

To be eligible for the $3,000 deposit offer in Victoria, customers must meet the following criteria:

  1. Qualify for the Victorian First Home Owner Grant (FHOG): Buyers must meet the eligibility criteria for the FHOG, which typically includes being a first home buyer, Australian citizen or permanent resident, and purchasing a new home valued up to $750,000. See Victorian FHOG details.
  2. Initial Deposit: Pay a $3,000 deposit, which is applied to land and build contract deposits, government charges, and lending costs.
  3. Home Loan Approval: Qualify for a home loan, subject to the lender’s terms, conditions, fees, and approval process.
  4. Savings Plan or additional loans: The balance of the deposit (e.g., 5% minimum for LMI) may be funded through a savings plan, FHOG, or a short-term secondary loan (e.g., personal loan or second mortgage). Secondary loans may have higher interest rates. Savings plan facilitated by MunCops finance partner’s (e.g., Mortgage Domayne Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 389087).
  5. Select Estates Only: The offer is limited to specific MunCorp Estates and projects.
  6. Lender’s Approval: All loan applications are subject to the lender’s approval, including applicable terms and conditions. Weekly loan repayments are based on examples.
  7. No Finance Provided by MunCorp: MunCorp does not supply finance or land; credit assistance is arranged through third-party brokers like Mortgage Domayne.
  8. Additional Costs: Lender’s fees, charges, and mortgage insurance (if applicable) may apply. Establishment fees may be required for personal loans if needed.
  9. Currency: A reference to $ or monetary value is a reference to Australian currency, unless stated otherwise.
  10. Symbols: * For low deposit campaigns, MunCorp collects additional financial and employment information to assess eligibility for financing and government grants.
